This page describes the data handling visible in the current Read My Mind website code. It is not a promise about services or settings that are not implemented.

Quiz answers and result data

You do not need an account, name, email address, or payment to take a quiz. Your seven answer selections are held temporarily in the page's JavaScript while the quiz is open. Read My Mind does not send those individual answers to its own database, and the project contains no database or server endpoint for storing them.

The site does not use local storage or session storage for quiz answers. A result URL may identify the quiz and final result style so the result can be shared or revisited; it does not contain the seven individual choices. Closing, refreshing, or leaving the interactive quiz clears its in-memory answer sequence.

Google Analytics 4

The English homepage loads Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-YZFG83GSRP. Google Analytics may receive information such as page visits, device and browser characteristics, approximate location derived from network information, referrer information, and cookie or similar identifiers, depending on browser settings and Google's configuration. Read My Mind does not use GA4 to receive your seven quiz answers.

Microsoft Clarity

The English homepage loads Microsoft Clarity with project ID y047hvcpjn. Clarity can process interaction and technical information such as clicks, scrolling, page behavior, device characteristics, and session-related identifiers to help understand how the page is used. Its processing and retention are governed by Microsoft's service terms and settings.

Google AdSense and advertising

The English homepage loads the Google AdSense script for publisher ca-pub-9102455598245649. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to select, deliver, limit, and measure advertising, subject to their settings and applicable requirements. You can review or change Google ad personalization in Google Ads Settings.

Userback feedback widget

Most public pages load a Userback feedback widget. If you choose to use it, Userback may process the feedback you submit and related technical context needed to display and operate the widget. Do not include sensitive health, financial, identity, or other private information in feedback. Userback's own service terms and privacy practices apply to its processing.

Cookies and browser storage

Read My Mind's quiz logic does not create its own quiz-answer cookie or browser-storage record. Third-party analytics, advertising, and feedback services may set or read cookies, local storage, or comparable identifiers according to their configuration and your browser or provider controls.

The current project does not contain a site-managed consent banner or cookie-preference panel. You can block or delete cookies and site data through your browser, use provider controls, or stop using the site. Whether additional consent tools are required for a visitor's location or a deployment's settings requires review by the site operator and is not determined by this page.

Contact and public GitHub Issues

The Contact page links to a public GitHub issue tracker. Information posted there, including a username and message, is public and is handled under GitHub's terms. Do not publish sensitive personal information. No private contact email address is currently published by this project.

External services and retention

Google, Microsoft, Userback, GitHub, and other linked sites control their own processing and retention. Read My Mind does not state a single retention period for data controlled by those providers because it does not set that period in this repository. Review the provider's current privacy information and account controls for details.

Your choices and questions

You may use browser privacy controls, clear stored site data, limit ad personalization, avoid the feedback widget, or leave the site. General privacy questions and requests that do not require private details can be raised through the Contact page. A private contact channel still requires operator input and should be established before asking anyone to send identity documents or sensitive request details.
